Jeremy Prahm, Managing Director – Quantitative Solutions
Jeremy Prahm has served as a Managing Director of Incenter since 2015. In this role, Mr. Prahm is responsible for developing and managing Incenter’s analytical platform, including asset valuation, and risk and reporting systems.
Prior to joining Incenter, Mr. Prahm spent eight years at Green Tree Investment Management (“GTIM”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Walter Investment Management (NYSE: WAC), where he held the positions of Portfolio Manager and Director of Quantitative Solutions. In this role, Mr. Prahm was responsible for the development and deployment of proprietary risk and valuation systems. Mr. Prahm was also a voting member of the investment committee for a $1.45 billion private investment fund co-managed by GTIM with an investment mandate that included mortgage servicing rights, re-performing and non-performing mortgage loans and non-agency securities.
Prior to his roles at GTIM, Mr. Prahm was a valuation consultant for Washington Mutual and held various model development and risk roles at GMAC-ResCap (formerly GMAC-RFC).
Jeremy holds a B.S. in Economics from St. Cloud State University, and was a Ph. D. candidate in the Applied Economics program at the University of Minnesota.
