Ralph Flees, Chief Financial and Risk Officer
Ralph Flees has served as Chief Financial Officer of Incenter since 2016. In this role, Mr. Flees is responsible for leading the administrative, financial and risk management operations of the Company. Mr. Flees has 25 years of leadership experience serving in senior executive positions in the financial services, corporate payments and services industries as well as public accounting.
Prior to joining Incenter, Mr. Flees served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Comdata Inc. from 2013 to 2015. Comdata is a leading provider of corporate payment and advanced data solutions to corporate customers. In 2014, he led Comdata’s S-1 registration with the SEC regarding a potential IPO. Subsequently, he assisted in Comdata’s successful sale to Fleetcor (NYSE: FLT).
Prior to Comdata, Mr. Flees served as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Ceridian, a leading global business services company that provides services from human resources and benefits to productivity and payroll services. Ralph served in this role from 2009 to 2013, where he was responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial reporting and controls.
Prior to Ceridian, Mr. Flees spent 13 years at GMAC ResCap (formerly GMAC-RFC) working in a variety of roles, including the Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the SEC registrant, divisional CFO of its broker/dealer business as well as its international and emerging businesses. Ralph also played a large role in the merger & acquisitions team making investments throughout the United States, North America and Europe.
Ralph began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at KPMG where he spent 5 years in its financial services and banking audit practice. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and is a member of the Minnesota Society of Public Accountants.
